OUR TEAM
In order to accomplish in very high
professional style the specific activities, SMD&P
is coordinated by Mr. Arin Octav Stanescu,
recognized lawyer, president of two of the largest
National Union, respectively “National Union of the
Insolvency Experts” and “National Union of
Liberal Professions in Romania”, and an active
participant to initiating and conceiving some of the most
important legislative projects.
SMD&A is formed by
lawyers with a vast experience in juridical field but also
by young enthusiastic energetic attorneys. Gathering
together a solid education, passion and high professional
standards, SMD&A team aims to increase the quality of
