Stefan Dumitru is a SMD&A partner. He has a large experience in representing and assisting clients in domains as recovering debts, insolvency, arbitration, real-estate transactions.

His experience area also covers the public-private partnership domain, being involved in some major projects in this field.

He is the author of some specialty articles and he took part, as a lecturer, to many conferences about insolvency procedure.

He speaks fluently Romanian, English, French and he is an important member of the Bucharest and National Bar Association Unions.
