Simona Maria Milos is a SMD&A partner. She gained a remarkable competence in the commercial law domain where she is a redoubtable opponent, looking for a specialization in insolvency procedure where she has constantly involved obtaining important results in high complexity litigations.

Her wide practical experience was shared through many works published as articles in the specialty magazines or presented in conferences and seminars. Maria Milos has also a didactic activity, being a lecturer in conferences for the insolvency specialists, in PHARE projects.

She speaks fluently Romanian, English and she is a member of Bucharest Bar Association, UNPIR and INSOL EUROPE.
